Each item is different and may have imperfections or characteristics peculiar to handmade items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2.  <strong>Sales territory<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceramics are sold <strong>in Italy and abroad<\/strong>, subject to any limitations communicated at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3.  <strong>Shipping methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-commerce is not currently active: shipping arrangements will be determined and communicated before order confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping will be handled directly by Alida<\/strong>, with couriers chosen from time to time based on the nature of the item (weight, fragility, destination).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs and times will be communicated to and accepted by the customer <strong>before the purchase is confirmed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4.  <strong>Withdrawal and returns policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days of receiving the product<\/strong>, in accordance with the  <strong>Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code). <\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>right of withdrawal does not apply to custom<\/strong> or commissioned <strong>products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless damaged or defective product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5.  <strong>Methods of payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments will be accepted through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit\/debit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Order and payment processing will be done through the <strong>Q Commerce<\/strong> platform (once active).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udfa8 <strong>Performance of Services &#8211;
